How can I contact in an emergency outside office hours?

In urgent cases, you can also call us outside our normal office hours.

All current faults are published as soon as possible on our status site. Maintenance work is also announced on this site in good time.

Proceed as follows if you want to contact our Standby Service:

  1. Dial our support number (+41 44 637 40 40). Outside normal office hours, you will hear a corresponding recorded announcement.
  2. Change to the Standby Service menu by pressing the 9 button (as advised).
  3. Confirm the terms of the Standby Service with the 1 button (CHF 250.- per hour, with a minimum invoice of one hour).
  4. The call will then be forwarded to the on-duty standby team. Please be patient while the call is being put through.

Please note
If action on site is requested, for example to exchange a disk, the drive to the data centre will be invoiced at CHF 250.- flat.
