We can reset the passwords and send them to the email address that was registered with us when ordering. Alternatively, a fax or phone call to the registered address is also possible. Send us a short email with the service used (or possibly the domain name) or your customer number.
If the contact information has changed in the meantime, please fill in the Resetting the access data form and send it to us as a scan, fax or letter. On receipt, we will immediately reset the access data and send it to the email address provided.
