Weekly maintenance window

A weekly maintenance window is defined for scheduled maintenance work.

This weekly maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesdays between 00:00 and 02:00 Zurich time.

During this period, maintenance work such as the installation of security updates or the necessary restart of services is carried out.

We will announce more extensive maintenance work as early as possible and provide information on its progress on our Status Page.

To ensure time-critical bug fixes and security updates, Nine reserves the right to update critical components outside the maintenance window as required.
