The page is hosted on an independent server, so it is not affected by any problems on our network. We recommend bookmarking this page or subscribing to the RSS feed in order to stay informed and receive the latest notifications.
Once a problem has been detected, a status notification will appear on the relevant page, and a technician will work to resolve the problem. If you encounter problems, please visit this page and notify us only if we are not yet aware of the problem.
Under ‘Affected customers’, you can find out whether your system is affected by the problem. This information can be compared with the Site or Host information found under Products in your Cockpit account.
